Tamara Goodacre, M.S.W.

Tamara Goodacre, M.S.W., joined Capacity for Change as an Associate in 2005. Her areas of professional expertise include organizational culture and change, program evaluation, and qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis. Ms. Goodacre earned her Master of Social Work degree from Syracuse University with a concentration in community organization, planning, and policy administration. She has extensive work experience in the fields of health and human services.

Sarah Dawgert, M.S.W.

Sarah Dawgert, M.S.W., joined Capacity for Change as an Associate in 2007 after 11 years in the non-profit sector. Ms. Dawgert is an experienced nonprofit consultant and trainer with demonstrated expertise in qualitative research, training, and program design and evaluation.  Prior to becoming a consultant, Ms. Dawgert directed training and volunteer programs at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center. Ms. Dawgert has also served as program coordinator at the Bay Area Women's and Children's Center in San Francisco. Ms. Dawgert earned her Master of Social Work degree from Boston University.
